Thank you for writing this Julie - I definitely believe in an afterlife and one of my favorite books on the subject is Proof of Heaven: A Neurosurgeon's Journey Into The Afterlife by Eben Alexander, MD.

Thank you for sharing your endorsement for an afterlife! I definitely want there to be one. I’ll check out your recommendation for Proof of Heaven. That is my kind of book! Then I’ll have the neurosurgeon’s proof along with the signs from my daughter.

How lovely that Alix sends you signs. Too often we are covered in our grief so that we miss them. From the beginning, my son, Nick, sent me signs and dreams of how he was doing and what he was up to. He very often shows up in the soaring of a hawk, the flight of a cardinal perched in our backyard.

He mainly shows up in my dreams and he finds way to answer my questions as I automatic write to him. I believe we're connected by soul threads and have lived other lives together.

I hope these signs comfort you.❤️

How wonderful that Nick appears as a hawk and as a cardinal and communicates to you through dreams! How comforting to feel connected by soul threads and lives lived. You could also have future lives to live together! Many of the signs I’ve received have been “electrical” through songs and messages appearing on my phone and computer. The signs convince me that Alix waits in an afterlife and we will be reunited one day.

Hi Julie - I'm so happy that Alix is sending you signs. I do believe there is something after death and that I will see my son Henry again.

That is so comforting to believe we will see our children again! I do not fear death when my time comes because I am convinced I will reunite with Alix. And one day you will be with Henry.

Yes, I do believe that death isn’t the end. I think that we become attuned to signs from our children after they die, and that our minds become much more open to the possibility that this life on earth is just one way in which we manifest. ♥️

I agree! Other relatives received signs from my father and grandmother after each one died and I used to joke that “I was the least loved.” But when my daughter died, I received many incredible signs and I was convinced I would see her again in an afterlife.

Julie, your reminiscences of your beloved daughter and the Victorian art that illuminates them are a lovely tribute to Alix. As a Catholic, I do believe in the afterlife and by my own personal experience. Testimonials are also interesting in “The Case for Heaven” by Molly Cox-Chapman and “After Death Communcation Final Farewells” by Louis LeGrand, Ph.D.

Thank you for sharing your belief in an afterlife! I wasn’t brought up on an afterlife but the signs from my daughter have won me over. I will also check out the testimonials. I love to hear of others experiences with life after death.

The signs from Eve are convincing and welcome as are those from my daughter Alix. That is great Eve leaves the door open and exerts her mischievous personality! Their presence as a spiritual energy source is comforting.
